Cleaning fees:
Main house - $175/week
Guesthouse $100/week

Additional 7% Montana bed tax

50% rental fees required to be paid upon time of reservation in order to secure rental. Remaining 50% due 30 days prior to arrival.

Refundable $500 damage deposit to be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy:
If canceled 60 days or more before arrival will receive full refund
   less cancellation fee of $50
If canceled between 30-60 days before arrival will receive 50% refund
If canceled less than 30 days before arrival will receive 25% refund
